Do I have a chance of getting into emory, vanderbilt, carnegie mellon, northwestern, or university of chicago?
My backup plan is morehouse college.
Also for background information I am a immigrant.
Also I have thought that if things go really bad then I will go to morehouse college and then transfer to emory or possibly Northwestern. Is it worth it to transfer during your undergraduate years?
Any advice is helpful, and please be honest.

alright first get that act done, second you have a fighting chance but you need to trust yourself and apply anyway even if you feel you cant get in, a friend of mine had a 2.0gpa but he applied to harvard, just to do it, he thought he didn’t have a chance in each but he got accepted…take my motto if you dont try you won’t know… same here… you don’t apply…you have no chance… so go out there, rock that act, and apply even if you feel like you can’t make it, go plan b and transfer from there…

another thing it’s not really worth it you’re two years are just your basics so you can transfer during those two years but you’ll still hit the same classes again so really id just finish two years and then go to emory or wherever else

Your scores look pretty good and your extra curriculars are really cool because they are different than i think most peoples would be (take heart, the research etc.). my only suggestion would be to MAKE SURE you keep your grades up so your GPA doesn’t drop. you need to get that GPA up. and obviously take your ACT : ) Good luck!
