What do you think?

You look good, but the odds go down significantly for RD.

I encourage you to contact Kevin Gonzalez the person in the admissions office responsible for recruitment of Hispanic students. He was great last year with my daughter and her friends. She is now a 1st year at Tech. Write to him in an email introducing yourself; ask to be put on any invitation list for events at Tech or locally if he or another tech admission rep comes to your area. Tech normally holds a special admission event for Latino applicants in September. Since you didn’t go to it you want to make contact with Kevin so he knows who you are when he reads your application.

I agree you should have applied early decision since your odds are better. Try to get your application in right away.

I don’t do chance threads but you look like a strong applicant. Keep up your grades and make sure to get good recommendations. Good luck.
