What do you think?

UCSB: Match

You are a competitive applicant. Good Luck.

Thank you @Gumbymom‌! Do you have any other opinions regarding the other UCs? I’m also applying to UCB, UCD, UCLA, and UCSD.

UCLA/UCB: Low Reach/High Match
UCSD: High Match
UCD: Match

For UCLA/UCB, your SAT and UC GPA are below average, but ACT is above the average, so it could go either way. You do have a good chance at both but will depend upon the applicant pool this year. You have very good EC’s and if your essays standout, then they could give you a huge boost.

Here on College Confidential, the UC GPA usually means the capped weighted 10th to 11th grade GPA. The following link provides more details on calculating the UC GPA. I think your UC GPA is a bit higher than 4.0. <a href=“GPA Calculator for the University of California – RogerHub”>http://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

UCB - high match
UCLA - high match
UCSD - match
UCD - low match
UCSB - low match
