Thanks so much!
Your chances are pretty good. Make sure you apply early, I would not wait until the second round of decisions, which was HIGHLY competitive this year. Don’t take a chance on missing that mid-October date – do it in September!
@Trisherella never mind found out haha Oct.19, one more question my only really adavnced classes i am taking next year (1 Ap and 2 honors) and my dual credits were this year, would it hurt my chances of summer admission because of my rigor of classes. I hope my ec’s help and I would send in the newspapers and videos I was in because of my charity. i was featured on NBC, ABC, WCBS Radio, and a bunch of local newspapers!
Thanks so much!
I think you’ll be fine as far as class rigor. It would be good if you can nudge your ACT up a point or two. Also keep your grades up. Your ECs sound great – if I were you I’d write your essay about your charity. When talking about the publicity be sure to mention it, but come across as humble and grateful that the attention has brought to your charity. That will be a great thing to talk about! (lessons you’ve learned etc.)
