Your chances are borderline; not terrible, not great. You’re a smart, solid candidate, but nothing shouts as saying that GU should really want you more than any other smart, solid candidate, so it’s a crap shoot.

gpa good, but ridiculously low scores in both SAT I and Subjects. should retake the 2070.

extracurriculars are ok, but any involvement outside of the classroom? like specialties? other awards?
otherwise it sounds like a laundry list of pres and vp’s, which most ppl will generate off of.

senior courseload is solid (but no calc? unless u took it already)

Brown- high reach, simply because acceptance rate 11%
Upenn- high reach as well
Tufts- target
UC Berekely/ucla/ucsd- solid target, safety
George washington- solid target, safety
Cornell- slight reach because of scores
Johns Hopkins- same as cornell
Swarthmore-target

Alright, my roommate had similar SAT scores to you and a lower GPA. He had great EC’s and it looks like you do too. You can make whatever you want of that. Whatever anyone says on here won’t make a difference in the eyes of the admissions committee.

scores do matter to a certain extent; ivies and higher tier schools like g’town require minimum of 2200 or 2250; even 2100 is not enough. you have to assume that everyone else who is applying to these schools has the 4.0 and the hodgepodge of ec, pres, vp, etc. I’ve seen too much people who have the grades but the sub-par test score.

great ECs, godd test scores, good classes…I’d say you’re in…for all your schools maybe with the exception of upenn. I know people who have gotten in to brown, cornell, and georgretown with 1900s and good ECs like yours. I say you’re golden

Did you take Bio E or M the second time? Schools tend to look at M as being more representative of skill and less likely to be influenced by pure testing error because the curve on E can be pretty harsh, largely because it is a “softer” test
