A dedicated shadow of a Psychiatrist, Neurologist and Neurosurgeon, have shadowed two summers, five days a week, ten hours a day. Observed clinical evaluations as well as surgeries by scrubbing into the OR.
Worked as a Receptionist at a Medical Office.</p>
<p>Volunteer Service:
Founded a non profit organization in effort to spread autism awareness. Have participated in several Autism Walks, conventions, and fairs. Have spoken to major political figures and communities about the need to spread awareness about autism. I am very dedicated and am passionate about this volunteer work. Have spent over 400 hours volunteering in many variations for the organization. This volunteer work is a major part of my application and pushed me to enter the field of medicine.
Over 300 Hours of Hospital Volunteer work, received award for dedication to this volunteer work.
Served as a camp counselor for two summers.</p>
