My recs are pretty good. I will need a lot of financial aid, as my family can contribute 3k max per year. No hooks of any sort. My intended major is Physics. I am also an immigrant from South Asia. I am currently bitterly divided as to which schools to apply ED. I am thinking about applying EA to MIT and UMich, EDII to Chicago, but ED is ripping me apart. Also, UPenn and Chicago are need-blind to Canadians, so it might help I guess.

Which schools would I have the best chance to get accepted to? Thank You very much in advance.

All of the schools on your list are uber competitive and there are absolutely no guarantees no matter how strong the application. Be sure you have match and safety schools making up the bulk of where you are applying. You are much more likely to get merit $ that way. It’s very hard for international students to get financial aid at the schools on your list. Think about fit too. Other than prestige some of these schools have zero in common with each other in terms of size, location, and overall feel.
