SAT II: 730 in math 2, and 700 in US history
Weighted GPA: 4.06 Unweighted GPA: 3.76
Course load: Very difficult(12 AP's by the end of high school)</p>

<p>Awards and Achievements: AP scholar award, student athlete awards, MUN awards, started a club, doubled a size of a club,lettered in swim and academics, 6 year superior award in Piano</p>

<p>Extracurriculars: Model United Nations(Historian Junior year, going to be VP in senior year, member all 4 years),
Piano for 9 years(participated in many competition, won many common awards),
HOSA(1 year, Treasurer),
FBLA( member for 4 years),
all honor societies possible

<p>Job/work experience: Hospital volunteer for one year, internship at a online tutoring company-- marketing department(1 year)
Summer experience: same as job/experience, and took two courses over the summer (maybe a math course and a science course)---this was to get ahead in school
Volunteer/Community Service: tons of service, tutored a lot over the summer, helped out at religious sites, traveled to India to help an orphanage, volunteered at various organizations</p>

My recommendations: should be really good--all my teachers like me, and my counselor and I have talked a lot about college
School type: average, couple(2-5) kids go to Ivies every year

Additional information: I am the first in my family to go to college in America </p>

<p>Your extracurriculars are definitely an asset, but your GPA is going to hurt you (colleges don’t care how many APs you’ve taken if your GPA is low). Definitely work on getting a high SAT score, and I say you have a decent shot.</p>
