Please Chance Me for New York Schools

Hi all. I am a rising female senior and have a list of schools in New York. They are:

Safeties: SUNY New Paltz, SUNY Albany, SUNY Buffalo
Targets: SUNY Binghamton, Union College (legacy)
Reaches: SUNY Geneseo, Cornell (it's not a priority though)

Of this list, my favorite schools are Binghamton, Union, and Geneseo.

Here's my stats:

GPA unweighted: 95
GPA weighted: 105
(I calculated this on my own to include my junior year, so it may not be exact. Excluding junior year, it was a 102.5.)
My school doesn't do a class ranking system, but I believe I am in the top 10% of 430 students for sure.

SAT: 600 CR, 620 M, 640 W (1220, 1860)
This is what I scored on the first try with some studying. Do you think it's realistic if I want to raise my scores about 100 points to a 1300/1950? I know Geneseo had an average SAT score of a 1340, so I'm a little worried.
SAT II: 630 Chemistry, 660 US History, 670 Math I

APs: I have taken 3 AP courses so far. I'm taking 2 more in my senior year.
AP World History: (soph) 3
AP US History: (junior) 5
AP Literature: (junior) 3
AP Statistics: senior year
AP Government: senior year

As for high school courses, after freshman year it was all honors and APs. For junior year, I had one honors class, and the rest were college and AP classes. Except for the three AP classes, my averages were above a 90 for everything. As for the AP classes, I got an 80 in one, an 88 in another, and an 89 in the last.

Extra Curriculars:
Interact Club 9-12 (120 community service hours)
School Newspaper 10-12 (As a senior, I will be a section editor which I guess is a leadership position?)
Spanish Club/Spanish NHS 11-12
History Club 11-12
NHS 11-12
Varsity Girls Tennis 11
Outside of School: I have been playing the piano for nearly 10 years.

I will be writing my college essay(s) in August. I will be asking for teacher and other recommendations in September when school starts.

Thanks everyone for the help and sorry it's so long!

Come on people, I need some input!

Get your SAT up a bit and I think your definetly in for all of those schools(except cornell), if you could drastically raise your SAT (150 or 200 points), you could probaly get into schools that are WAY better. You have a good GPA, and EC’s. How about schools like SYracuse, Hofstra, Stony Brook?

I’m not a fan of Syracuse’s tuition, and I know I don’t want to go to Long Island to Stony Brook. I heard a lot of people commute there, and that’s not really what I want.
