<p>Teacher Recommendations: One is probably excellent, the other pretty good.
Essays: My main essay was about how growing up abroad affected my worldview. Everyone who has read it said it was engaging and well-written. I'm also very pleased with how I wrote my supplements.</p>

<p>they should get in. At worst waitlist for yield protecting purposes (as in, if this person gets in elsewhere, they probably aren’t coming, so why admit).</p>

<p>I think you should get in RD. You’re definitely near the top of the South Carolina pool. And I felt they like to fulfill a decently sized quota from there.</p>

<p>But, from what I’ve seen the last two years, top school admissions have been insanely competitive (like even more so than everyone says). While you would’ve been a shoe-in back when I came to Emory a few years ago, I don’t know what will happen now. Don’t take an acceptance for granted.</p>
