Please chance me for some of these engineering programs

I know that engineering is a hard discipline to get into, but if possible, I'd really like to earn a chemical engineering degree, but I feel my stats are below average.
3.25 UW GPA
3.97 W GPA
Many many honors and APs, but I messed up junior year.
34 ACT---> 36 E, 34 M, 31 R, 33 S, 10 W

145 Community Service Hours
President of Asian Culture Club
Piano Player for 14 years with numerous awards
Track for two years
Many many other clubs

I am seriously considering the following schools ALL early action!

Purdue

University of Illinois UC

North Carolina State

U Maryland College Park(instate)

U Delaware

Ohio State

U Minnesota Twin Cities(double legacy)

Please, your advice, suggestions, and critique would all be greatly appreciated!

Your GPA is very low, while your ACT is good. Do you have an upward trend in GPA or does it look better without freshmen grades?

My freshman grades do look good, as do my sophomore grades! It’s just junior year has a few Bs too many!

That means you have a downward trend which makes it look even worse.

Well, you are a girl, that usually boosts your chances for an engineering school, can we assume you’re Asian?
