Please Chance me for some UCs and other ones.

Firstly, sorry for typo. I’m on phone now.

Background: I’m full Asian with two nationalities: South Korean and USA. I was born in Albany, but spent most of life on South Korea. After my Freshman yesr in Korea, I moved to one high school in California. Yeah, I never thought this unique case would prevent me from getting in some colleges. Let me explain later
College list
University of Minnesota CLA
Ohio State University
I aleady got into both schools
Now waiting for
University of Maryland college park
University of Wisconsin Madison
University of Connecticut
University of Washington
UCSC
UCD
UCSB
UCSD
UCLA
UCB

Majors are mostly undecided not in science field if possible, except for a few. As for UCB, I chose language for better competition; As for UCSC, it’s undecided in science field.

It’s in South Korea, so my high school translated freshman grades into just pass or non-pass

Well I am sure of these grades as final grade other than AP lit, in which my teacher does slack over grading my essays or other assignments. So, I have no idea what my final grade is in that class.

Honestly, I did not take Toefl even though my first language is not English, because I do know some colleges are willing to waive me based on my US citizenship or test scores, but now I realize UW madison and UMD requries me to take it. It’s my fault, and still, it’s already spilled water. I just need to accept that I do not make it in neither of schools.

Addictional Question:
How good is University of Minnesota or OSU in academical way? I mean, I feel like UCSB, which is my main target(I know I have no chance in UCSD or UCLA or UCB,) may be better than those, no offense though. Also, UCs are cheaper.

Sorry, but forgot to mention that I am in some clubs like Asian club, Key club, and Math club for 3 years. Still, no hold any position.
