<p>GPA and test scores are decent, as well as ECs but nothing in particular makes you a standout candidate. Being a URM always helps though.

<p>@Smithg1227‌ that’s what I’m most worried about my lack of ECs. Most of the extracurriculars I participated in before I switched schools my new school doesn’t have, which is why I didn’t bother to join many of them. But thanks for your input. </p>

<p>Like above post said, URM will help.</p>

<p>How is the school? Perhaps nationally ranked top xxx? If its nationally recognized school (at least top 200-300 in the nation) your GPA will look impressive If not the lack of stellar EC won’t make you stand out</p>

<p>How are you personal statements? What would you give them out of a 10? If they are really well written I’d say you have a fair shot in all the colleges you have mentioned (excluding Stanford…cause Stanford is insane :O</p>
