<p>your GPA is not good despite your "upward trend" and your ACT could be better. what about your SAT score? Your extracurriculars look pretty solid, though.</p>

<p>Because you go to Dalton you might be looked upon a little more favorably, but I don't think it will make up for your poor GPA. Come through in your essays and recommendations and then you have a chance. Also, apply ED if you're serious about this school.</p>
