This is just a quick summary of my college application, I took a total of 5 business courses my high school career including senior year and have gotten 1 letter of recommendation. If you have any more questions for me to make a more accurate prediction just let me know in the thread!

I’ll do it because you asked, but to tell you the truth my guess is as good as yours. I think you might have a shot, based on how good your essay was and what the rest of the applicant pool looks like. But I’d have to think that 83 average is pushing it. 1040/1600 is a quite respectable SAT though. Good luck!

I’m not sure. I was deferred and I have an 88 average and a lot of extra curriculars, but my SATS were low. But it really depends on what they are looking for, there were people with lower grades than me that we’re accepted, it’s hard to tell but I hope it works out for you!

I haven’t heard either. I was deferred and my hs just sent out my mid years (3.33 GPA). I had a 2.9 gpa and a 1170 SAT. Albany and buffalo are my top choices, let me know if you hear anything!

I think you might have a chance. I was accepted a couple weeks ago with a SAT score of 1010/1600 but my GPA is a 96.35 weighted which is kinda high so it balanced with my SAT score. I wouldn’t eliminate your possibility of getting in because as everyone else said it depends on what they look for. You should hear from them soon though. Good luck! :)

well your gpa is a little low but your sats are good enough to get in… maybe your ecs and ap courses will compensate for your gpa! but i think were pretty much in the same boat soo good luck to you! let me know when you hear back!
