The 3.35 UW GPA is tough for Ivy types. With a 30 ACT and the nice leadership/activities, UH yes, Baylor yes. UT maybe. Not sure what test score cutoff they have b/w 25-50%ile. What about SMU? I graduated from UH Bauer, went to Ivy MBA. However, SMU has a fabulous b-school if you’re willing to place in from Dedman/Lib Arts.
UCLA’s average UW GPA is 3.87 and UCB’s is 3.90. A 3.35 UW GPA is not even competitive even with good test scores. Since you are OOS, these UC’s will be full pay at $60K/year to attend since they offer little to no financial aid.
USC with an average UW GPA in the 3.85+ range is also going to be a huge Reach. EC’s do not make up for a lower than average GPA unless you have some “hook”.
These California schools are not realistic and you might have lower your expectations. Do some more research and apply to schools where you have a good chance at any acceptance.
UT is a reach due to you being so far outside the top 7%. You should have assured admission at U of H due to your test scores, so that is probably a safety. If you can get up to the top 25%, your test scores put you in the academic admit range for A&M, otherwise you’re in the holistic review range. Probably a match for A&M. NYU, USC, UCB, UCLA, Duke, Cornell, Northeastern: all reaches.
