What are my chances of getting into the following schools?

Cal Poly Pomona
CSU Long Beach
Cal Poly
UC Irvine
UC Davis
UC Santa Barbara
UC Irvine
UC San Diego
UCLA
UC Berkeley
USC

Unweighted Gpa: 3.92

Weighted Gpa: 4.25

SAT: 2030 Math: 730 Reading: 660 Writing: 640

ACT: 30 English: 28 Reading: 27 Math: 36 Science: 29

Decent ECs including sports, volunteering, and job.

My AP classes are in Math, Science, and English (I'm not sure exactly but I believe my HS offers between 10-15 AP classes)

My intended major is Chemical/Materials Engineering

Additionally what would be an SAT score to try to get that would almost “guarantee” me getting into the schools I listed up to UC San Diego? I realize there is no guarantee but what would make it highly likely?

If your extracurricular activities are good, as you say, then you stand a good chance of being admitted to the universities you listed up to UC San Diego already. However, to increase your chances to them and the others, a SAT score of 2100-2200+ would be more competitive.

UCLA: High Match/Low Reach.
UC Berkeley: High Match/Low Reach.
USC: Match/High Match.

For UCLA: The app asks you for your 2nd choice major. However, if your 1st choice is any type of engineering, then they don’t look at your 2nd choice. Thus, if not admitted to 1st choice, you’re rejected, so choose wisely. Source: http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/faq/FR_During.htm
