I agree with @gumbymom your GPA is going to be a challenge for most of the UCs. Though not on your list, UCR has a solid Biz program and is worth a shot.
CP SLO is pretty unlikely. The rest of the CSUs should be no problem for business.

Depressing, but thanks for the input. Low GPA comes from having more B’s than A’s, but I have taken the hardest courses offered by my schools (all pre IB, Honors and AP). Does the strength of my course load mitigate the low GPA at all?
@Shuler99 your course rigor is very important along GPA and test scores. It does help mitigate the low GPA but only so much.
