Please chance me for UC:)

Hey guys!
So here goes another paranoid transfer applicant for Fall'13:) Please have a look at my credentials and give your (subjective, I know, but it will make me feel better anyway) opinion as to what chances I have at targeted schools.

CCC(CCSF) Transfer 2013 to UCSD, UCD, UCLA, UCB

Attended medical university in Eastern Europe for 2.5 years, then in 2011 fled the country due to political turmoil, got political asylum in USA. I don't really want to go back into medicine, and so started the whole process of higher education anew.

Intended Major: Linguistics(for UCSD, UCD, UCB), Computational Linguistics(for UCLA)

CC GPA: 3.78(always wondered, do PE classes, like dance, count? Got a "B" in dance; if they count that, then 3.76). Slightly more than 60 CC units

Prerequisites:none listed for my major; I'm taking Calculus, CS classes(I'm interested in computational linguistics), philosophy; study German in Goethe Institute in SF; native language - Russian

IGETC: Yep

EC: Well before I got political asylum I had to pay international tuition fees, and so had to work 40hrs/week to make it with all the bills( I live alone, my family is in Eastern Europe) - waitress, baby sitter; since I got my legal status - tutored ESL to immigrants, Calculus tutor at CCSF
I tried to join some clubs, but honestly, they are all kind of boring and a waste of time, my work was a priority.

Awards:
won a couple of languages competitions in my country(not sure UC cares though);
Dean's List(kind of lame, too:)

Other: first-generation student

I'm kind of worried about the fact that I used to attend medical university, I know UC'S are strict on excess units policy. I have around 60 - 70 units from medical school, but since they're all veeeery irrelevant to my intended major of study I took all necessary courses in CC.
I'm also baffled by the absence of prerequisites for my major on assist.org. I ended up concentrating on IGETC and math/cs classes( I also took Fin Acc course, but until this day have no idea why I did this:) I got "A" anyway, but it's really irrelevant to linguistics lol). German classes were kind of weak at my cc, and so I study German in an outside institution.

I really would love to make it to Berkeley, I started my immigrant life here in the Bay Area and leaving this place would be sad:( But I know the school is very competitive and my credentials are kind of mediocre, so UCSD would be great too:)

Anyone's input is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
