-All non AP classes I've taken are honors classes
-3.99 GPA (w/ scale of AP class is +1 point, honors is +.75)
-31 composite ACT
-2050 SAT

As for extra curricular activities:
-Varsity football
-Founded online security company
-Member of Future Business Leaders of America
-Freelance web designer (designed for 5+ local businesses)
-Started own SEO company, worked on for 4+ years
-Worked online for CPA company
-Teen court volunteer (court for youth offenders)
-Part time job
-Volunteer at special needs center
-Volunteer at autism awareness foundation
-Volunteer youth basketball and soccer coach
-Volunteer camp counselor
Few more, but these were the more significant ones.

My top schools are:
University of Michigan
University of Illinois at Champaign
University of California at San Diego
UCLA
USC

I live in Illinois for what that counts.

Based off of the information above, how likely do you think it will be that I could get accepted to those above schools?

University of Michigan: Match
University of Illinois at Champaign: Match
University of California at San Diego: High Match
UCLA: Low Reach
USC: Low Reach

UC’s give priority to instate students, getting accepted to UC’s as an out of state would be harder than if you lived in California.

Your ECs are very strong so if you focus on those you should have an advantage. Your tests scores could be a little higher though.

You are definitely a good match for all of these schools; UCLA is not a reach for you. Be sure to take more AP classes (if you can, take more than 3) and have strong personal statements. Good luck!

Your GPA is kinda low because it’s weighted… Basically, you have a bunch of B’s. That will hurt you, I won’t lie. Your test scores are pretty good, but your EC activities aren’t impressive. Write a good personal statement, but as of now:
