Please chance me for UC's!! Out of state

SAT I (first time)- 640 cr, 570 math, 790 writing=2000... I will be retaking this in November and my goal is a 2100..or even just a 2050.
SAT IIs will be taken in October. I am shooting for at least a 700 Bio and 750+ US History..but I only have on chance to take them!

UC gpa 3.7 weighted..It sucks I know..but I started doing a lot better my Junior year.

ECs: I was an intern at the hospital for a year, mission trips to Mexico (2x) and recently went on one in Japan and Korea..may go on one in Ukraine in Sept. but I'm not sure.. Volunteered at the hospital, helped organize a blood drive at my school, volunteered at the salvation army-- these are the recent ones but there are some minor ones from fresh/soph year.. diving team for 2 years, on a competitive cheerleading team, did tumbling/gymnastics/dance for around 5 years, member of a spirit group, and VP of my church youth group.
Awards: essay and cheerleading competitions.

Also I am graduating early. I would be a senior right now but I am graduating in August so I can get more volunteer work done before November. It's really bad that I only have 2 foreign language credits and only the min. requirement for math and science credits right?

I know my personal essays will be really good though because essays are the only thing I'm good at. Ha definitely not math judging from my SAT score.

My #1 choice is UCSB..although I think this will be a reach because of my GPA :( ..then UCSC, UCI, Cal Poly...and UCSD and UCLA (EXTREMELY high reaches right? haha)

um, i think that you actually have a good chance to get into UCSB...it's not that hard to get into, if you took a rigorous workload and write good essays, then you should be fine..good luck

Thanks for your input!!!
Anyone else?

I'd say UCSB is a slight reach, high match. Your UC GPA is about at their average, and SAT a bit above, but your ECs are above average for them. Then again, OOS can be very tough.

UCSC: match
UCI: slight reach
Cal Poly: match
UCSD: reach
UCLA: big reach

Then again, it's difficult to gauge OOSer's chances.

UCLA: Large Reach (oos)
UCSD: Reach (oos)
UCI/UCSB: Slight Reach (oos)
UCSC: Safe Match (oos)

UCSD and UCLA most likely arent gonna happen. But because of your high SAT's (in relation to admitted and attending students for UCI/UCSB) you should have a good shot at getting one of UCI/UCSB and possibly both of them (your sat's are almost 200 points higher than UCI/UCSB's attending students). The only thing hurting you is your UC GPA. Best of luck! OOS admissions can be random.

Thanks yall that was very helpful.
