I have good ec's

i wanted to know if colleges connsider my reading score since i have been here in the us just for a year

i have mentioned in my essay that i've been here for just a year. but the problem is i'm OOS for UC's so i don't know if in this budget crisis this is a good thig or not???

Maryland should be a match.
UVa would be a low reach.
UCLA, UCB are reaches.
UCSB, UCD, UCSD should be low reaches.
UCSC, UCI, UCR, UCM should be matches.

I live in California, so I’m pretty aware of how many people they accept.

for the reading score, ive asked UCSBs representative about foreingers applying to UCs and she said they dont take in account whether the applicant uses english as foreign language. so having low CR is a disadvantage

UC B, UC LA, UC SD are reach
all the other UCs are match

you have good GPA which shows dedication so you should apply to top UCs too. the essay plays a big role too.
