Please Chance Me for Upenn & Hopkins

<p>I love both these schools but am thinking they are out of my reach (I am often on the pessimistic side when it comes to academics/am i good enough) so I'd like a second opinion. Am considering applying to one of them early decision.</p>

Female
Plan to major in Biomedical Engineering</p>

<p>SAT: 1950 (720 Math, 630 Cr, 600 W)
(retaking in march and plan to raise to between 2100-2200
Unweighted GPA: 4.0
Rank: 5/438
AP : Ap Chem, Ap Calc BC, Ap Econ (micro), Ap psych
(have not yet taken test but currently have A in all classes)
Senior Year Course Load: Ap Environmental Science, Ap Bio, Ap Physics</p>

<p>Extracurriculars: student council, dance (for 15 years), TEAMS competition, Spring fling crew, NHS, yearbook (editor)
Job/Work Experience: work 2 part-time jobs (retail)
Volunteer/Community service: 100+ volunteer hours (tutoring, habitat for humanity, CHWC, local hospital, soup kitchen, etc)</p>

<p>I agree with Mbenz, maybe if you can take the SAT again and aim for a 2100+ to have a good chance of getting in.:)</p>
