Please chance me for UW Seattle, UC Berkeley and UCLA?

Female, Asian, lives in Washington
Middle class income, will probably have to get aid if I go to Berkeley. I have some scholarships though. I'm expected Berkeley to be a pretty high reach nonetheless, so I suppose this doesn't matter.

GPA: 3.88 UW
SAT: 2280
ACT: 34
SAT II: US History 800, Biology 790, Math 2 800
Class rank: No class rank, top 10% <---this is also determined by unweighted GPA (we don't have valedictorians or anything at our school)

Senior Schedule:
Philharmonic Orchestra
AP French
AP US Government
AP Calculus AB (we don't have BC, unfortunately)
AP Chemistry
AP Physics B (no Physics C either)
AP English Lit

All together, I've taken 14 AP tests. 4 were self-studied. I got mostly 5's on them. I've been told the score doesn't matter, however. My school has few AP classes. I've taken most that they offer.

ECs: 500+ volunteer hours (do colleges even care about this?)
BioQuest Academy
UW Math Academy
Washington Aerospace Scholars
Volunteering at UW Medical Center and Seattle Children's Hospital
Varsity Swim (4 years), Swim Captain. Also did summer league and club swim for the duration of my high school career.
Varsity Tennis (2 years)
Orchestra (8 years), I play the violin.
-Also was in local symphony orchestra and honors orchestra for a few years
-I tutor middle school kids in violin as part of this program called East Hill String Lessons. I've done this for roughly 5-6 years.
Piano (4 years) on my own time. I also do some tutoring for this, but not as part of a program, just as volunteer work.
National Honors Society President
Key Club (dedicated member)
Generic school award (top 10% award)
Generic scholar athlete awards, some state and district level awards for swim
Rotary Youth of the Month
National AP Scholar
TEEN Cert Program..not sure if this counts.

Recommendations are alright. The one from my swim coach is pretty good, though.

Your stats are VERY impressive. In my opinion you should also think about applying to other top schools such as Stanford and the Ivies. Your 4 years of varsity sports, outstanding test scores and 8 years of music will give you a very high chance of acceptance. And yes, colleges do care about volunteer hours, 500+ is ALOT more than what the average student gets. I am almost 100% sure you could even get into schools as highly-ranked as Harvard, Yale or Princeton. These schools are very interested in students with varsity sports. I am surprised you haven’t gotten any letters/calls from the coaches yet.
UW Seattle: safety
UC Berkeley: low match/safety
UCLA: low match/safety

Really? Are you certain? I’m not an extremely outstanding athlete, though…
HYPSM is much more competitive than the ones I’ve listed, honestly, I wasn’t going to even bother applying for those sort of colleges since I’ve felt certain that I’m completely out of their league.

yeah honestly, you have a very good chance of being accepted to all of them, good luck!
chance me??

Well if you are the swim captain, that’s saying something. Plus you are on TWO varsity sports, not just one. Most varsity athletes don’t have the grades but yours are outstanding. I STRONGLY recommend you apply to the ivies. Trust me, you are basically the perfect student. I am almost positive you will get in. Your stats are more impressive than over half the students that even apply.

“I’m expected Berkeley to be a pretty high reach nonetheless”
Well someone is unconfident, your stats are excellent. Apply for Ivies!
UW Seattle: Safety
UC Berkeley: Low Match
UCLA: Low Match

Honestly, this isn’t what I expected to hear.
Thank you for the heartening replies; I should certainly be able to apply with much more confidence…still, I’ve seen people who I’m sure have better scores and grades than I completely rejected.

Ivies are reaches for everyone.
since you are OOS for Berkeley, i wouldn’t consider it a safety for you.
