Your counselor is right, don’t take the SAT again. Try the ACT if you haven’t yet. Make it clear Fordham is where you want to go.

I’m going to the Gabelli School of Business in the fall and I took the SATs 4 times, my final one in the fall of senior year, and my score actually plummeted but because of score choice I didn’t send in those scores, but my superscore from my first 3 times was a 2040 anyways and I did early action but your internship may be able to push you in along with the fact that you are Turkish/Muslim as the school does not have too many minorities

Cool thanks sakhi. Yeah my counselor said I have a better chance because I am Turkish/Muslim and because our school is up there. Also, he said Fordham will be open arms to people of different religion since it is a Jesuit school.
I really wish I had a better GPA and SAT score though.
Planning to do well senior year. All it takes is hard work…

Any other comments are appreciated-bump.

Not sure what anyone else can tell you…you are certainly in the mix for Fordham…it sounds like you have good recommendations lined up and are from a good HS…but nobody will be able to say that you are a slam dunk to get in (or to get rejected)…my only advice – write an essay about something meaningful to you & do the best you can in your senior year…try the ACT if you really want…and make sure you visit the school (I’m guessing you have)…for better or worse, patience is part of this process…good luck.
