Please help me with my chances.
Should i retake SAT I

Also let me know whether i'll get financial aid in any 1..

Thanks in advance

I'd definitely retake the SAT, particularly if you're thinking of applying to schools like UCLA and UCB. Fin Aid depends on whether your income is low enough to merit aid, though asking for it definitely lowers your chances at top schools (even though they say they're need-blind).

Here's my predictions (with SATs given)

UMich - match/reach
UCLA - reach
UCB -reach
Purdue - match

I'm not certain about the others. Also, it depends on the strength of your ECs, which could change your chances if they are particularly good (you didn't elaborate enough about them to tell).

I agree with skp.

UMich - match/reach
UCLA - reach
UCB -reach
Purdue - match

thanks for your opinion skp and you''llsee.....i am planning to retake SAT I in october. Are there any other good schools that you could refer for electonic engineering??? and should i apply for financial aid, though not mandatory ,it will help me if i get it. And what is your opinion on my chances for UIUC???
