<p>GPA= 3.91
Top 15% (10% according to UC app)
SAT= 1780
SATII math= 620
sophomore= English H
junior= Trig H, AP English, AP physics, AP chemistry,
senior= AP gov, AP Calc</p>

<p>Around 90 hours of community services</p>

<p>President of a service club during junior year
Vice President of Badminton Club during junior year
President of Badminton Club senior year</p>

<p>4years of Badminton
3years of MVP + Captain
2nd place in 2011 SoCal High School Badminton Tournament
Semi in 2011 CIF
2nd place in 2010 League Final (Division I)</p>

<p>Your SAT is a little on the low side, but I wouldn’t give up hope! I think you’ll end up making one of them for sure!</p>

<p>If the 3.9 is your UC GPA, both your GPA and SAT are below average at all of these UCs, so they’re reaches.</p>

Don’t think like that! Know that it’s not where you go, but what you do there. No school is worth “killing yourself” over, even jokingly.</p>

<p>Your ECs are really good and you’ve taken rigorous courses. Is the 3.91 GPA weighted?</p>

<p>And you will get into A UC, it may not be one you applied to, but UCM or UCR will take you.</p>

<p>The ACT of 27 converts to 1820, which is marginally better than your SAT. </p>

<p>Google the Common Data Set for each school to see how you compare to the admitted student population (under Student Profile).</p>

<p>I think you have chances at Davis and Santa Barbara! My friend got wait listed at Davis with a 3.9, then got in! I don’t know what her SAT/ACT scores were though. </p>

<p>Plenty of people from my school get into UCSB and I’m pretty sure a lot of them have GPAs below 3.9. By the way, UC schools only calculate grades from 10-11 grades… maybe that would make a difference? Good luck. What was your intended major?</p>

<p>I think you have a pretty good chance at UCI and UCD. How were your essays? My friend got in with 1400s SAT to UCI and another got into UCB with 1700s. One was white and other one was asian, not URM. Numbers alone does not say anything, so don’t be discouraged :)</p>
