<p>Hey guys Im new to CC. Currently a junior at an American school in HK. Please chance me for UCberkely Haas,NYU stern, UCLA, Uchicago, Indiana Univeristy Kelley, Boston University, Boston College, HKUST, HKU, USC Marshall, Northwestern, North Eastern, Notre Dame..etc (Business schools).</p>

<p>Gpa approx Unweighted: 3.71/4 9: 3.83, 10: 3.64, 11: Possibly 3.67 12: Dont know....School doesnt count weighted..
SAT 1st attempt: 2000 Will take again in june. CR:660 Math: 680 WR: 660 Essay:8
Also taking ACT in september
Community Service: Probably 110 hours+
Am a volunteer for the Princess Alexandria Red Cross: Teaching Disable teens
Am a volunteer for Jordan Leadership Club: To help teach underprivileged children (ethnic minorities)
Am a member of the HONG KONG AVIATION CLUB
STUDENT COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE: 2 years+ probably next year too
Kiss My Earth Club: 1 year
Peer Tutoring Club: 1 year
GIN (1 year)
SAT/Calculus Club (1 year)
Summer Discovery Global Leadership Academy at NYU
Avid chess and tennis player
Taekwando Blue belt 3
Was the boss for a confectionary business model for school raising money for human trafficking.</p>

Senior Yr: Econ possibly micro and macro, English Lit</p>

<p>Sorry, but I don’t think you SAT sore, GPA, or EC’s are on the level of Berkeley, U Chicago, NYU, Boston U, UCLA, Notre Dame, or Northwestern. I don’t know about all those schools, but I’d say northeastern and Indiana are the closest matches. Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but honestly, I think you should temper you expectation a little.</p>

<p>I think northeastern and boston university are your best bets, the others are reaches because of the SAT score. Good credentials though!</p>

<p>I agree with the above posts. Your SAT scores, GPA and extracurricular are generally considered to be subpar for UC Berkeley, U of Chicago, NYU, Boston U, UCLA, Notre Dame, Northwestern etc. I do think you have a small chance at them and a decent one at the other universities you have applied to. Be sure to apply to safety schools. Good luck! </p>
