U of M Ann Arbor: Low match
Columbia: Reach
Cornell: Reach
U of Wisconsin Madison: Safety
U of Illinois, Urbana Champaign: Low match
U of Minnesota twin cities: Low match
U of Penn: Reach
Duke: Reach
John Hopkins: Reach
U of Chicago: Reach
U of North Carolina Chapel Hill: Reach (it’s a reach for any OOS)
Carnegie Mellon: High match
U of Toronto: Safety (better have two SAT IIs, each of which are 600+, and preferably Math 2 be one of those two; only then can it be a true safety)

I completely agree with Catria’s assessments. For some of the top schools on your list, such as Cornell, your ACT score and GPA will make it difficult to get in. However, you stand a great shot at getting into the majority of the schools on your list. Best of luck!
