Please chance me! I'm desperate! (VERY detailed)

I'm sending my counselor information at the end of the week at the latest. I'm really nervous about whether or not I'll get in. Please keep in mind that I go to the #7 school in the nation and the TOP school in Indiana. My GPA is not the highest because I am in ALL IB classes and have an extremely rigorous curriculum, which I'm hoping that admissions officers will pay close attention to. Below is my resume, which I will send along with my application.
Also, should I get letters of recommendation based on my resume? I'm planning on getting one from my counselor and one from my Spanish/Gov teacher who knows me the best out of all of my teachers. Thank you SOOOOO much!

Volunteer Activities
Susan G. Komen Foundation (1999-present)
I have volunteered with the Susan G. Komen Foundation since I was five years old. I do office work throughout the year and assume leadership positions during events held in order to raise money for breast cancer research such as the annual Race for the Cure event held in September.

CAS Project (Fundraiser for Susan G. Komen Foundation) (2010-present)
I started a fundraiser in 2010 to raise money for breast cancer research by making and selling organic soaps. I spend approximately 5 hours per week on this activity, outside of school, both making and selling soap. All proceeds from this activity go towards the funding of breast cancer research through the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Students Give Back Committee (August 2011-present)
Though this committee, I worked collaboratively with Laura Ward, President of the PTSA to plan the Drive One 4 UR School event. Working together with Mrs. Ward and the Students Give Back Committee, we raised over $3500 for Signature School. In the coming months, I plan to work as committee chair in order to organize more events to benefit the school and staff.

You’ll get in.

Nearly a 100% chance of getting in.

Should I still get the letters of recommendation or just send my resume?

At the end of the day you will probably get in either way, but if the letters of recommendation are already written for other schools, I would definitely suggest sending them. Your GPA puts you well below the average and your SAT score is not that far above.

Again, you’ll likely get in either way, but send them just to be safe.

Just to throw this in there…My intended major is Apparel Merchandising. Thanks again!
