<p>Berkeley and San Diego are, well, difficult for out of state people. But I think you would have a good chance at San Diego, it generally is not THAT difficult to get into compared to Berkeley. Last year, around 60 people from my school went to UCSD.
As far as I know, the UCs are not super famous for your prospective majors…</p>
<p>Stanford is just plain difficult to get into; of the people that I know of that have gotten in, they all had really great academics, similiar to yours. But they also had something that they were really good at or really loved. Someone this year got into Stanford because she was on the national synchrnized swimming team, and someone last year was a semifianlist for the Intel Science thing, and on and on. So maybe in your extracirriculars, you should emphasize one of two things that you are really proud of; you have so many things listed under ECs, its hard to tell what you really like to do.</p>
