Schools:
Stanford REA
Brown
UCLA
UCB
USC

What is your class rank?

Stanford - High Reach
UCLA - Match/High match
UCB - Low Reach
USC - Low Reach
Brown - High Reach
I assumed you were a California resident for the UC schools…

GPA is the most important factor for the UCs.
Stanford - high reach
UCLA - high reach
UCB - high reach
USC - high reach
Brown - high reach

UCLA acceptance rate for residents was 16.3% this year and 26.2% for OOS
Stanford 5% acceptance rate
All of the schools you mentioned you may certainly be in the range for with your weighted GPA, test scores and talent. However you should have a backup plan because these are tough schools to lock. It may be wiser for you to use your EA or ED for a school with a higher acceptance rate than Stanford such as…
Brown ED was 18.8% last year
Dartmouth ED 27.9%
UPenn ED 25.2%
all higher than Stanford.
For the UC you will have to narrow your list of awards to the top 5 most meaningful. Good luck

I think for some colleges, UW GPA is better indicator of acceptance than WGPA. So your UW GPA is low, all those schools are reaches. It only improves your chance if you apply ED to school like Cornell with those stats. Not even UPenn ED because 90% of Penn admits are in the top 10%.
