<p>For every year of High School, I have had a summer job, and I have played travel hockey, varsity hockey, and varsity lacrosse.
I've participated in about 8-10 volunteer projects
I've been on high honor roll, and I have received various invitations to forums and conferences; I have also won many championships for sports teams as well.</p>

<p>Also, do I have a chance to receive any scholarships at the less selective schools; what about any honors or accelerated programs?</p>

<p>I am interested in business and political science.</p>

<p>Your schedule looks solid and I’m assuming that’s your unweighted GPA. It’s a little on the lower side for Northeastern, College of the Holy Cross, BU, GW, Georgetown and JMU, but a good match for the others. SATs are low so if I were you I’d take the ACT another time, since you probably have a better shot of doing better on that. Overall, I’d say Georgetown and Northeastern are high reaches, the others I mentioned are low-medium reaches, and the others that you said are more like matches.</p>
