<p>GPA: 3.97 weighted, 4.01 unweighted</p>

<p>ACT: 26 (will retake in September- have been doing practice tests at 32-34) (No SAT score)</p>

<p>ACADEMICS: 8 AP courses taken before graduating (Physics B and C, Calc AB and BC, APES, Chem, Lang and Comp, Bio) All 4+</p>

<p>ACTIVITES (outside of school):
Piano 10 years, Violin 5 years
Swim team (3 years), competitive swim team (10 years)
Volunteering (Library 100+ hours lifetime)
Lifeguard (Summer of Junior year- 120+ hours)</p>

<p>With a 26, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Mines are all reaches… since you’re looking at School of Mines, I’m guessing you want to go into engineering?</p>

<p>Your stats are good for MN except for your ACT score. If you are interested in engineering (or the science college in general) you probably need a 30 at the lowest. CSE at MN is very competitive since there are fewer than 250 spots for freshmennnnn. If you’re interested in CLA you’d probably be fine with a 28. A 26 is definitely on the low end unfortunately.</p>

<p>CSE is a reach without improved ACT scores. If you actually score 32+ you are golden. Same goes for Mines and Madison. Looking good at CSU, no clue about CU.</p>
