<p>How does NY weight? NC does 4.0, Honours 5.0, AP/IB 6.0, if this is the case for NY, it would be tough to get in, because it is tough for an NC resident to get in with anything below 4.0 W.</p>

<p>my weighted avg is a 94/100… i just tried to convert that on the 4.0 scale</p>

<p>also my school doesn’t do class ranks</p>

<p>My guess is that what you converted is actually your unweighted GPA. Go through your classes based on the scales TonyBallioni gave you and that’ll give you your weighted GPA as North Carolina calculates it, and a better idea for us as to where you stand in relation to other applicants.</p>

<p>my SATs were nowhere near as good as my ACT so i didn’t send them anywhere</p>
