<p>I'm a sophmore in high school I had 6 cs on report card 1st semester I know I can get straight as for 10th 2nd semester 11 the 12 grade should I give up on going to uc Berkeley , ucla , USC, ut at austin and others please help me I don't have any ecs yet but I plan on doing a lot of stuff</p>
<p>It depends on what your gpa is at the end of your junior year and how you do on your test junior year!</p>
<p>I took PSAT and got 234/240 I’m projecting a 2340 on sat</p>
<p>As long as you make up for your low gpa and get it up to around a 3.5 then you can probably get into most of the state schools. If you do not live in Texas, UT at Austin will probably be a reach.</p>
<p>Don’t give up! Continue to work hard in classes, improve extracurriculars and get that 2340 on the SAT :)! You should apply to those schools if it makes sense come senior year, but don’t consider it out of the realm of possibility. If you do your best for the next two years, you will have lots of great options for college. Best of luck!</p>
