Please Chance me Really appreciate it (good SAT bad GPA)

<p>GPA-81 (Tough School ranked last year 40 in the nation ) don't know if that matters
CR-School does not rank does not do GPA either (a specialized science magnet school)
Class rigor- Very tough schedule some of the hardest classes in my school taught at a college level ( AP biology, Organic Chemistry,Calculus ,AP Micro-economics etc...)
Ethnicity- Asian Male
SAT-1350/1970
SAT II-720 Bio E (650 Math 2)
Extra Curriculars :
--Varsity Tennis -leadership role on a very very strong and successful team top 3 in New York City for past 8 years
--Internship at SUNY Downstate Medical Center 4 months
--Volunteer hours 290++ at local hospital </p>

Syracuse University- Whitman

<p>I think you have a good shot at any of these schools.
Boston U. would be the highest probability of rejection I would think of the schools you have listed.
Don’t sweat your low gpa. A lot more than that factors into the schools you are applying to especially Tulane which I know accepts much B/B+ gpa applicants.
Now the money factor to go to the schools is another question.</p>

<p>I’m wondering what would my average be on a 4.0 scale? I’ve checked several sites but they all have different conversions that range from 2.5-3.24. Thanks, I would just like a little perspective so I can compare myself with other students since most schools in my area go by a 100 point scale.</p>
