Please chance me? Thanks!

Hey, all. I am a caucasian male rising senior at the 2nd ranked best high school in MA. I'm looking at schools like Brown, Tufts, Dartmouth, Carnegie Mellon, Northeastern, NYU, BU, RPI, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UMich, UPenn, UMass Amherst, and Syracuse for a combination major of computer engineering and entrepreneurship/business.

Class Rank: Not reported, but in 9th grade I was 15 or so /129 and I haven't decreased in academic quality since then
GPA: ~3.7 UW, ~4.05 W, an A- student to make it simple
SAT: 2120 (670 CR, 740 M, 710 W)
SAT2 MathII: 730
AP: Computer Science: 4
Literature: 4
EC's: I have been on Varsity Cross Country and Varsity Track since 8th grade, I received the "Unsung Hero" award for cross country, from grades 9-11 I volunteered at the American Cancer Society during the summer and assisted in creating their annual fundraiser walk, I currently am employed at Staples and have been for a year, I have gotten customer service and sales recognition awards at my job, I am creating a club at my school with a couple of friends to teach others computer building, and I am participating in my school's first-ever student mentoring program, where upperclassmen mentor incoming 6th graders. For leisure, I play guitar and am currently learning the piano.
Classes: I near-exclusively take honors or AP, the only CP classes I take are classes where they are necessary grade requirements only offered at a CP level
Plans: I am planning to re-take the SAT to do better, as well as the SAT2 in physics.
Other notes: I am billing myself to colleges as an "engineer who can write". I see so many other aspiring engineers at my school with little-to-no writing skills or "people skills", but my consistent high performance in high-level humanities classes attest that I am quite the exception. I have a few essay ideas planned out, and I am working with my AP Literature teacher to craft the best essay possible
So what do you guys think? As the title of the forum says, what are my chances?
Thanks

Please excuse the punctuation mistakes, that was written on my phone.
Thanks again
