You have a good chance at many colleges. My question is why aren’t you taking a rigorous course load?

Also super hard to give you a list when you haven’t narrowed down a major and we don’t know where in the country you want to be? Size of the school? Public or private? Are you looking for merit or financial aid?

Challenge yourself with your coursework, work on your ECs, continue to do well, and you will have many options when the time comes to apply next summer.

@momofsenior1 because i just moved in the US a few years ago, so im not super good at English.

Would I get into a school like Cornell??

Have you already taken the SAT, or is “above 1500” a guess?

You said that your GPA is out of 5.0, and that you currently have a 4.8. However, it is going to get to 5.0 in the near future. If the highest possible GPA is 5.0, then how do you pull a 4.8 up to 5.0 by averaging in additional 5.0’s? This doesn’t make sense.

Also, how is your GPA 4.8 when you haven’t taken any AP classes?

What sort of grades do you actually have? What level of classes have you taken? What sort of university do you want to attend? Large, small, tech-heavy, in a big city or small town?

I don’t think that we have real information here. The value of your replies will only be as good as the information that you give us.
