Please Chance Me: UC transfer

Transferring from a CCC and applying to UCSD, UCI, UCR, and UCLA (doesn't hurt to try, right?).

Overall GPA: 3.1
Fall 2012: 3.5 (11 units)
Spring 2013: 3.79 (14 units)
Summer 2013: 3.92 (6 units in 6 weeks)
Fall 2013: on track to get a 4.0 (17 units)

My GPA before starting back to school was under a 2.0. Prior to fall of 2012, the last time I consistently attended school was 2004-2005. Also, my husband was laid-off from his job in Nov '12 so I worked full-time until July '13 and have been working part-time ever since.

2004: 3.1 (husband was deployed to Iraq during most of this time)
2005-2006: 2.3 (worked full-time and cared for my husband)

2006-2012: I worked, cared for our daughter until she started kindergarten, and supported my husband who was suffering from physical and mental combat-related injuries.

2009: I attempted to go back to school, the result was a C, 2 D's, a F and a bunch of W's. D's and F have been academically renewed.

I REALLY want to go to UCSD, my second choice is UCI. I am so worried that my grades from years ago are going to prevent me from getting into the university I want to go to!

Bumping… Anyone?

Ucr is fo-sho
Mid tiers are a reach.
Whichever 2 ucs that above ucr are possible.
Honestly, they mainly look at happy and your major. If you did all math, tech, etc… Mid tiers are even more likely since those are hard courses.
