Please chance me - UCs, UMich, Cornell, etc

hello everyone, I'm new here, and would very much appreciate your input!

Although I'm an American citizen, I go to an international school that uses the IB system, so I have no GPA. There isn't a direct GPA-IB conversion system according to my advisor, but
IB score: 40/42
HL Math: 7
HL Chem: 7
HL BIo: 7
SL chinese: 7
SL business: 6
SL English: 6

Our school does not do rankings.

SAT scores: composite 2130
Math: 800
Verbal: 720
Writing: 610 :(

no SAT2 scores yet.

Extracurriculars, community service and awards:
1 summer as volunteer at a large hospital
1 summer as volunteer at orphanage in Nepal
1 yr community service as aide at elderly homes
1 summer community service as english teacher in rural China
1 yr vice-captain of school soccer team
2 yrs organizer of table tennis club
member of math, science and badminton clubs
Distinction in Australian International Math Competition

--

The schools I'm strongly considering are:
UC Berkeley
UCLA
UCSD - Out of state for all the UCs
Bowdoin College
Cornell University
Dartmouth
Brown University
University of Michigan (legacy - my father did his PhD there)

Your comments would be very helpful; I'm looking to study biochemistry/chemistry, and any other comments/suggestions for safeties, etc would be appreciated :) Thank you all!

Where is your home state?

hi, billcsho

I was born in Boston, but my family moved to Australia when I was very young, and I don’t have state residency.

UC Berkeley-slight reach
UCLA-match
UCSD-match
Bowdoin-match
Cornell-reach
Dartmouth-reach
Brown-reach
UMich-slight reach/high match

Ivies are reaches for anyone. Being out of state for UCs will make it a bit tougher, especially for Berkeley. Good chance at UMich though.

Berkeley - low reach
UCLA - low reach
UCSD - mid match
Bowdoin - match
Cornell - reach
Dartmouth - reach
Brown - reach
Michigan - high match

Mine please?: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1567285-chance-transfer.html

Berkeley - low reach
UCLA - match
UCSD - low match
Cornell - low reach
Dartmouth - reach
Brown - reach
Michigan LSA - high match

Thank you all for your input  I guess I need to throw in a safety… unfortunately my school only allows us to send 6 applications (seriously. We are only allowed to mail out 6 sets of transcripts and rec letters) so I’ll have to pick one carefully

If you are going to apply to 6 schools, pick not more than 2 reach schools and have at least 1 safety.
