Your rank is going to hurt a bit.
Those are going to be some hard schools to get into with your stat no offense.

Although you SAT score (if it comes out to what you claim) will help.
Being Asian won’t help.
You obviously have something for sports, so I would gear yourself to look athletic and academically challenged.
MENTION that you ARE a first generation college go-er. People tend to look at you from a different perspective then.
BUT don’t try and cram everything positive about you in an essay. on the other hand DO make sure they know what distinguishes you.

A well written essay, with some distinguishing factors will help you.
Right now they’re looking like slight reaches, but that’s ok.
Pour your hear into your application (with the Idea you will get in, Pessimistic attitudes don’t go far) and hope for the best.
Make sure you apply to a few safeties you wouldn’t mind attending.

Best of luck.

edit: also if you would

I’ve already gotten 2030 on the SAT, so my expected score is reasonably going to be obtained.

June 2009

730 Math
730 Writing
570 Reading

That’s already pretty good, so if you do get 2100 it gets to the point where it wont hurt you plus or minus a few points.
Just make sure you stress you’re a first generation college go-er, I personally think that really does make people see you in a different light.
