How can you raise your ACT score by August when there is no test after June? Anyway, ACT 29 is still way to low for the last 4 schools that you can save your money.

Even a 29 will be much too low for Stanford, CalTech, and MIT, and probably too low for UCLA. You should not select your colleges based on the scores you hope to achieve. Create a realistic list based on your final GPA at the end of this year, and the scores you have. If your next test sitting goes well, you may adjust your list slightly, but it is unlikely that you will see an increase that will radically alter your outlook. Three of your schools are, sadly, out of reach for anyone with less than a 33 or 34 in most cases. If your scores improve, you might add a reach school, and remove a super-safety. A 29 might make a low-match a safe school, or a super-reach a basic reach. It will not make the impossible possible.

Even a 29 has no chance. Set your sights lower.

Don’t know anything about Missouri Tech and Mizzou. Last four are basically not a chance.
