UVA you have an okay shot at because you’re in-state. Stern as of now is a huge reach given your GPA and SAT. If you get that to 2200+ and GPA to 3.8+ unweighted, that would give you a solid shot especially because 200K+ income means you can afford the school. I don’t know enough about Indiana Kelley to tell you about that. Which APs have you taken? 4 APs is okay but understand that there are some who have taken 6 going into junior year. Your extracurriculars are great though EXCEPT, I would recommend getting leadership positions like president. So just worry about grades.
