It seems that you have a lot of interest and highlights in Asian culture - this, especially for non-Asians, will help make you stand out. Your ACT score is great and is good enough for consideration at the top colleges on your list (Harvard, Yale, etc.) and won’t prohibit you. SAT Subjects are a little lacking, but are still good scores. GPA (4.31 W) and ACT combined along with Chinese and will probably net you a safe spot in NYU, Boston, and USC. Wharton is a reach, but they will look favorably on the fact that you attended a summer program there while they examine your ED app. Harvard and Yale need extraordinary EC’s along with great grades to gain acceptance: to have a greater chance of getting in to those Ivies, make your EC’s even more unique and boost your weighted GPA to a ~4.5 or higher. Otherwise, your app looks promising. I can’t chance much on the other schools listed, however.
I feel that your extracurriculars are definitely good and your ACT is good too but your GPA i feel is a bit on the low end for the colleges you are applying to.

no chance to increase GPA as I’m a senior and no time for any more grades before the ED app. Junior year is all As and A+s, not even an A- in there. Do you think it will be killer? @MonalGarg

Michigan (pre-admit Ross EA) - low reach

Wonderful scores and excellent ECs - I think if you managed to convey the passion that they demonstrate to your Unis of choice in your essays, you have a great shot at attending whichever institution you’d like. Keep in mind, though, that attending a prestigious Uni does not define you; you’ll succeed wherever you go, as long as you keep your chin up and work hard.
Wharton (ED): Low Reach - I think you’ve got it.
