<p>Hey guys! I just finished my first semester as a junior and I'm really anxious about college decisions! I'm planning to apply early to JHU and do round 2 early admissions for NYU (the february one). Honestly idkay about Hopkins, i don't think i have the STATS =(

<p>NYU you are most likely in, honestly. JHU low reach but most likely in. A student in my school got into JHU with a similar grades and less ec’s. Great Job with all the great work!!</p>
<p>So in my personal opinion, someone of your caliber of academic ability will get into NYU. JHU is really a toss up. For example, a kid at our school with a 4.6 W did get in, but someone with a 5.1 did not. Obviously your gpa is calculated differently then ours, sooo I cant really compare. But John Hopkins is notorious for favoring internships and research a lot in admissions. As Im writing i don’t know if you actually wrote about research, but research and internships help a lot. But good luck, even without that aspect you are still a strong candidate for JHU.</p>
<p>You definitely have better chances at NYU, but JHU is not out of the question. Do a little better on SAT ACT and you will help yourself out a lot.
