Please, chance me?

I am applying as an international, female, freshman undergraduate.
I plan on majoring in Architecture.
* No financial aid needed.

Schools:
Drexel University
Northeastern University
University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign
University of Illinois - Chicago
Bennington College
New York Institute of Technology
Syracuse University
University of San Francisco

Graduated from high school this year, it doesn't have GPA. My grades are mostly B's, with some A's and a few C's. I would say B is my average. I finished school in my junior year, because where I live the school system for high school is that you get a diploma in your junior year. I took IB courses my junior year. Never failed a class. My IGCSE results are all A's (1 A* for English Literature) and B's.

2 letters of recommendation plus one from my counselor. Application essay, I believe was good, I wrote about how my interest in architecture began...

My SAT scores are: M 580, CR 520 and W550 (essay 10). I am re-taking this Saturday.

Extra Curriculars:
Art Classes in 9th and 11th grade
Piano in 9th, 10th and 11th grade
JV/Varsity Volleyball in 9th, 10th and 11th grade
Tennis lessons 9th, 10th and 11th grade
Opened my own business (January), selling baked goods
Community Service 9th, 10th and 11th grade (25 hours per year)
Acting Classes 10th and 11th grade
Cooking Classes 9th, 10th and 11th grade

I got the Spanish prize for my year-group in 9th grade.

I think that's about it. I am also submitting my portfolio with about 12 pieces to Syracuse, because it is a requirement. I have a family member attending NeU if that helps?
I really appreciate if anyone could give me some insight. Whatever your opinion is, please answer :)

Thanks.

Sorry, I forgot to mention, but I also submitted my SAT subject test score, for Spanish 680.

I’m fairly certain you’ll get into Drexel. I got into Drexel about a week ago. They were my safety school though because my SAT/ACT scores are pretty high(2060/29) and I’m a National Merit Commended Student and a National Achievement Semifinalist and my GPA is pretty high. So Drexel was a safety school for me but I think you can still get in. I think you’re SAT scores are normal(not too good, not too bad). I’m also applying to Northeastern and I’m pretty sure I’ll get in, but it might be a reach for you.

Try to get your CR and M up to at least like 600 each if you hope to get into Northeastern

Thanks @Schacoria! Syracuse, Drexel and Northeastern are the ones on the top of my list, I really appreciate your input. I am waiting to hear from Drexel I am crossing my fingers that I get in.
I don’t think I am going to manage 600 in CR this time round, but I might get +600 in maths this time, I am practicing a lot for maths, CR is just a lost cause for me lol but I will definitely try at least 550…

Drexel: match
Syracuse: match
Northeastern: low-reach/match (because of your legacy status)

I think if you raise your SAT scores a bit more, you will most likely get into all the other colleges

goodluck!!

@HarvestBristle, thanks a lot!!! I studied a lot today for the SAT and until Saturday I will be studying at least 12 hours per day because I am aware that I really need to bump my score for better chances. I am worried about Northeastern, I really love that school, but I am aware that it’s a reach, mainly if I can’t get at least 1700 on SATs… Thanks for the good luck I’ll need it

Does anyone know about the other schools? Thanks!

Drexel University - match
Northeastern University - low reach
University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign - reach
University of Illinois - Chicago - high match
Bennington College - low reach/match
New York Institute of Technology - match
Syracuse University - depends on your portfolio… So I can’t really tell.
University of San Francisco - in.

Drexel University - High Match
Northeastern University - Reach
University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign - Reach
University of Illinois - Chicago - High Match
Bennington College - Dunno
New York Institute of Technology - Match
Syracuse University - Don’t know
University of San Francisco - High Match

I agree with basically everyone else, NE will be a reach, but i’ll put money you’ll get in Drexel :)
