It would really help to see your class rank b/c it seems as though there is grade inflation at your school (4.46 W GPA & 1940 SAT’s is a little peculiar)

i try super hard in school and am just not a good test taker especially under pressure. my official rank is 14 out of 368.

You should really study hard and try to raise your SATs to at least 2100. At your current score:
Lehigh: match
Villanova: high match
Bucknell: idk
Penn State: easily in
U of Maryland: idk
Cornell: reach (but with 2200+ SATs you have a decent chance)
College of NJ: low match
Boston College: low reach
