<p>Hey guys, so Davis is my dream school. Throughout high school I’ve had familial problems (I know everyone talks about that in their essays) but mine, I believe is a special case (domestic violence etc).
So for my two essays:
Baha’i faith and how it inspired me to do community service and go to impoverished neighborhoods to teach children about virtues
and my second essay is about my family emigrating from Iran and having to deal with many shortcomings, and then as soon as I got into high school my parents had a violent divorce that lasted three years.</p>

(retaking in december, took once June of my junior year and got 1810, and this time I improved in all categories)</p>

<p>GPA WEIGHTED: 3.5 … terrible, I know. Due to problems at home.
Over 300 hours of community service. Have had a job at a clothing warehouse all four years of high school. Soccer team junior year.
Are my chances slim or fairly okay? Thank you!</p>
