Does University of Iowa need my personal essays or activities list? I didn't see the section for their application.

Do I have the stats to get in direct admit for Tippie College of Business and the Honors Program?

Finally, what scholarships do you think I am eligible for?

Use the RAI score formula provided on the university’s website, 245 for IS, 255 for OOS. RAI scores over 290 receive some form of merit aid.
Based on your stats, you are good shape. Best of luck!

Admission chance: Pretty much 100%…unless your class rank and/or number of core classes are extremely low, but I’m sure that doesn’t apply to you.
All they need is ACT score, GPA, class rank, number of core classes taken. They combine that into a number called an RAI index and if its above a 245 (in-state) or 255 (out of state), then you’re automatically in. You don’t need to pad your application with activities and they don’t even require you to write an essay. Here’s the link to the RAI calculator. All you need to do is plug in the numbers and you’ll know if you’ll get accepted or not: [Admission to Iowa’s Regent Universities: Regent Admission Index](Regent Admission Index | Board of Regents State of Iowa)
Also, here is a link to a list of scholarships that the U of I offers. You’ll be eligible for most of them. Some of them require an ACT of at least a 30, however: http://www.uiowa.edu/admissions/undergrad/scholarships/first-year.htm
